The Privateer Story

Built the Hard Way

Ridgeline Racing exists because racing is worth doing properly, regardless of budget. We prepare every component, analyse every session and earn every tenth.

We are a small independent British Superbike operation working out of a compact race workshop in Derbyshire. No factory support, no spare budget, no room for anything that does not make the bike faster or more reliable. Two fully prepared motorcycles, two riders, seven core crew, and a preparation standard we refuse to drop.

Between rounds we run private tests, rider coaching, development sessions, sponsor days and corporate partner experiences. The same discipline applies to all of it: plan the day, record what happened, act on the data.

Preparation
Every component inspected, measured and signed off before it leaves the workshop.
Commitment
One rider, one number, one programme — with the whole crew behind it.
Efficiency
Small budget, tight decisions. Nothing is bought twice.
Engineering
Setup changes are justified with data, not opinion.
Teamwork
Seven people covering the work of a much larger operation.
Determination
We do not follow the racing. We earn our place in it.

The Workshop

Everything Has an ID

Every frame, engine, wheel and tool in the Ridgeline workshop is tagged, traced and logged. Nothing is anonymous, nothing is wasted — and every part tells the team exactly what it has done.

Why Pitwall-OS Runs Here

Ridgeline lives the same discipline we built Pitwall-OS for: every part, every person and every session has a record. As title sponsor, their workshop is the proof of what the system does for a privateer team that refuses to waste a single lap.

PA

James Arkwright

Co-founder, Pitwall-OS

Tooling, spares, PPE and pit equipment are issued from fixed locations and booked back in after every event. Torque wrenches and measuring equipment are calibrated on schedule; rider equipment is retired on crash history, not on appearance.
